Don’t worry, we’re here to help. There are a couple of reasons why this could be happening.
The first reason could be due to your details being incorrect. The best thing to do is to contact your training provider to double check that the details you registered with match exactly with those on your application. We suggest checking:
- the spelling of your name
- the order of your name(s)
- the use of middle name(s)
- your date of birth
All information that is submitted to the SIA must match that on our system, so please ensure that any information you do provide is correct. If you do realise that some of your information is incorrect, inform your training provider as soon as possible and they will submit this to us to be amended and reuploaded.
If all your details are correct, the second reason could be due to you having multiple accounts set up in your name – sometimes applications and certification details can end up in separate accounts. The best thing to do here is to go onto your SIA portal and click ‘Contact the SIA’.
If they confirm that there are not multiple accounts in your name, please contact your training provider who will work with us to resolve the issue.
