You will first need to contact your training provider and ensure the details you are registered with match those on your application. This includes:
- Spelling of your name
- Order of name(s)
- Use of middle name(s)
- Date of birth
All information submitted to the SIA must match the information on the Highfield system, so it is vital that all information provided is correct. If any information is incorrect, your training provider will submit this to Highfield to be amended and reuploaded.
If your information is correct if you go on to your SIA portal and click on ‘Contact the SIA’ this will allow you to ask the question to “Do I have multiple accounts set up in my name?” As in some cases multiple accounts have been set up by the SIA, therefore your application could be in account and your certification details can be in another account.
Once the SIA have checked this, if they advise there is not multiple accounts please contact your Training provider and they will will work with us to support you and resolve the issue.
