You will first need to contact your training provider and ensure the details you are registered with match those on your application. This includes:
- Spelling of your name
- Order of name(s)
- Use of middle name(s)
- Date of birth
All information submitted to the SIA must match the information on the Highfield system, so it is vital that all information provided is correct. If any information is incorrect, your training provider will submit this to Highfield to be amended and reuploaded. If your information is correct, your training provider will work with us to support you and resolve the issue.
