If you have any queries during your exam, that’s exactly what your remote invigilator is there to assist you with. You will be able to contact them through the blue chat facility titled ‘Proctor’. Please be aware your invigilator may pause your exam prior to responding to ensure you do not lose time while communicating with them.
However, if you notice that your exam has been paused despite you not communicating with your remote invigilator, you could be experiencing connection issues. If this occurs, you should take your phone off airplane mode to allow for the RI support team to contact you.
