You can use the attached step-by-step guide to register learners on Highfield Central, or read the brief instructions below.
Before registering learners, you will first need to access your registration bank. You can do this by using the quick link box for “Registration Bank”, or by using the menu on the left-hand side. Click the head and shoulders icon next to the qualification you would like to register learners on and enter the learners’ details. As a minimum, we require the learners first name, last name, gender, and date of birth. If the learner will be taking their exam through our remote invigilation service, you will need to include their email address.
To add another learner, click on the “Add Another Learner” button and repeat the process. If you would prefer to upload your learners via a spreadsheet, you can download the template using the blue link and upload this in the area provided.
When you are ready, click the green “Attach Learners” box. If your learners will all be completing the same units, you can select them at this point or you can add them against each learner once they are registered. When you’re ready to move on, click “Confirm Unit Selections”.
These learners will now be registered against your centre. To locate them, click on “Manage Learners” under the Highfield Central heading on the left-hand side and can use the filters to find your learner.
