The below video outlines the processes on how to add an assessor or an IQA to your Highfield Centre.
Once you’ve logged into the Members Area, select the Manage IQA’s heading under centre details. From here, enter their first name, last name and email address and tick the box to confirm that they are suitably qualified before clicking Add. You will see they now appear in your list.
To remove an assessor or IQA, click the red cross on the right-hand side next to their name. You will then be asked to confirm that you’d like to remove them, click ok and they will be removed from your list.
