EQS stands for external quality support - this is our term for external verifiers.
Our EQS department arranges and carries out quality assurance engagements on behalf of our business. This includes:
- sampling learner work and assessment decisions
- observing assessments
- attending standardisation meetings
EQS responsibilities also include confirming that a centre is abiding by its own internal quality assurance policies as well as our own policies and procedures.
Our EQS department are here to help your centre and can offer guidance on how to improve compliance and, when necessary, set action points for your centre to address.
However, our EQS team can only sample evidence from learners that have been registered with us and have had all the units they have undertaken submitted to us in a ‘Notification of Completion’ (NOC).
